News: myNetShop v2 - A generous gift for you

We are very excited to announce the launch of the new myNetShop Client portal.

The goal is to provide our customers with a more user-friendly portal which features a new visual design and is more focused on your needs, with improved navigation and functionality throughout.

Apart from the front-end design change, we have also revised a lot of functionality on the core billing and hosting system itself. Briefly, some of the new functionalities we can offer today, through myNetShop v2, are:


VPS & Dedicated Server Console - Connect via SSH or RDP to your server, Manage your IP addresses, View Real-time bandwidth graphs and Server Reboot options.

Integrated Support Center - Communication with Billing, Sales and Support departments can now take place from within the myNetShop portal. This allows you to keep track of each inquiry/ticket you send and ensure that our response time SLAs are met for each of your inquiries.

Configurable Dedicated Servers - We went a step beyond our competitors in Cyprus and Malta by offering you now the option to configure and order Cyprus or Malta Dedicated servers, as well as setup your desired Colocation plans for all our Datacenter locations.

Maintenance Announcements - We have integrated our internal NOC Maintenance Schedule Calendar into myNetShop v2. From within the "Status Updates" menu you can view all past and upcoming maintenance announcements which affect your services with us.
